Returns
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product integrity, we do not accept returns on any items once they have been shipped. All products are handled and stored under controlled conditions to maintain quality and consistency.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and is in transit, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for your order transfers to you once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. MHS Wellness is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- Verified damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect products received
